After working for nearly two decades in the non-profit sector as a Director and National Trainer focused on diversity, empathy, equity, safety, and play, Jake made the move to join Go1 to bring his unique experience to the online learning space.
He is a certified National Trainer for several organizations, avid High-Five giver, and a global adventurer.

Shawn has over 13 years of experience in Leadership Development, including roles in training, management consulting, and executive coaching. He was part of a team that placed his company on the list of “Top 20 US companies For Leaders” by Hewitt and Fortune Magazine and has helped clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to government leaders, to the NFL and MLB.
Shawn serves on the Board of Directors of an international humanitarian organization, which provides youth leadership opportunities for thousands of youths. The organization has operations in over 20 countries and provides millions of dollars in humanitarian aid each year. He holds a BA from Brigham Young University and an MS in International Affairs and Global Enterprise from the University of Utah.
