The new year is here, and we have some great new platform updates to the Go1 system to make sure you start the year off learning in the best way possible. Over the next month we have some very exciting new features to unveil for you, but in the meantime here are some improvements to our system which will help you to personalize the way your portal looks, and communicates with your users.

Customise Your Welcome Message
It’s now quick and easy to update the welcome message that your users see when they log into their portal using our text editing tools. You can include HTML functionality and give your students the information they need to navigate their portal.
Manage Portal Images
Portal administrators a number of images located throughout their portal via the Portal Settings section in their user menu. This includes being update to update login screen images, the login page background image, and the featured image within the portal.
Images file types that can be uploaded include JPG, GIF and PNG with all images must be less than 5MB in size.
Customise Your Welcome Emails
This update allows administrators to personalize emails that are sent out to their users based on using tags referencing stored profile information. This includes adding the user first and/or last name and their email address. As well as being able to add portal URLs and verification links for any user.
