How we work

Our culture doesn’t reside inside four walls — it’s in the connections and collaboration that we're involved in every day

We have a diverse group of employees who speak over 30 languages! Our global team works both remotely and from our office hubs around the globe.

With a mixture of in-person collaboration and remote asynchronous styles, we work across multiple time zones, which can mean some non-traditional hours.

Some people relish the pace and energy of this kind of environment, but if the structure of a 9-5 is your jam, Go1 may not be the right place for you. And that’s okay!

How we hire

Throughout the process, we’ll give you a glimpse into the exciting work you’ll be doing at Go1, introduce you to the team you’ll join, and share what it’s truly like to work here. Our top tip for your interview journey: be your authentic self. After all, you're the star of this adventure!

Introduce yourself

The first introduction to Go1 will be with our Talent Team. We’ll cover your experience, suitability for the role, and alignment to the Go1 behaviors. We’ll also give you an insight in to Go1's vision, mission and how you’ll make your mark.

Show off your skills

Whether through a case study, coding challenge, or in-depth skills based interview, this stage is all about show rather than tell. The interview panel will assess you against pre-determined competencies. We also expect you to ask us questions along the way!

Meet the team

Throughout our process, you'll meet with multiple stakeholders. The exact number of interviews you can expect is nuanced by the seniority of the role and other factors. However, we do our best to keep the interviews to four or fewer. We know more does not equal better. Giving and receiving feedback is a non-negotiable part of the process.
