Premium Pro offers e-learning content sourced from over 250 content providers (including Go1's expanded Pro Library) and accessed via the Go1 platform and/or third-party integrations. The content library includes pre-curated learning pathways and on-demand search capabilities enabling admins and learners to discover relevant content based on specific terms, topics, and providers. Premium Pro customers also have the option to provide learners with access to Blinkist Enterprise.
Premium Pro admins have the ability to add new Licensed Users to an account, assign specific e-learning courses to those users, and track course consumption and other related learning data through reporting on the Go1 platform (if applicable).
The customer’s level of access to Go1 account team members, including customer success resources, implementation managers, and content consultants varies by customer size and spend and will be specified in the applicable Order Form.
License metric = Per Licensed User
The customer may create an account in which Licensed Users can access and consume e-learning content, and track attendance and course results.
Unless otherwise noted in your Order Form each license is deemed used/active when a Licensed User is registered to access the e-learning content. Each Licensed User must have a unique identifier for a login, such as a unique email address or IP address. During each 12-month period of an applicable License Term, Premium Pro customers may reassign up to 20% of the licences to different unique users provided that any reassignment does not exceed the Service Capacity.
Licensed User: is a single identified user on a named user basis, who is authorized by you to access Go1 e-learning content. The number of individual users accessing Go1 e-learning content under your Agreement may not exceed the number of Licensed Users set out in the Order Form (“Service Capacity”).

Our Compliance Bundle offers compliance-related e-learning content accessed via the Go1 platform and/or third-party integrations. Compliance Bundles include 20 e-learning courses that are pre-selected by Go1 and cover a broad range of compliance topics.

Essentials Select provides access to the Go1 Premium Essentials library, offering flexible course selection tailored to each organization’s needs. Depending on the selected plan, customers can activate and use either 10, 25, or 50 courses at any given time, accessible through the Go1 platform or third-party integrations. Essentials Select admins can add Licensed Users to the account, assign specific e-learning courses, and monitor learning progress through reporting available on the Go1 platform (where applicable). Access to Go1’s account team, including customer success managers, implementation specialists, and content consultants, will vary based on customer size and spend and is specified within the applicable Order Form.
License Metric: Per Licensed User
Courses can be swapped at any time to best align with organizational priorities, but the total number of active courses may not exceed the selected plan limit (10, 25, or 50 courses). Essentials Select customers do not have access to Go1’s Insights features and are limited to basic reporting, including tracking enrollments, assignments, and completions. Customers may set up an account where Licensed Users can access and engage with e-learning content, including tracking attendance and performance metrics.
Unless otherwise stated in the Order Form, each license is considered active once a Licensed User is registered. Each Licensed User must have a unique identifier (such as a unique email address or IP address).
During each 12-month License Term, up to 20% of licenses may be reassigned to new users, provided that total usage remains within the designated Service Capacity.

Content Consulting Services provides Go1 customers with one-on-one consultation on how to most effectively use the Go1 library to meet their organization needs. These services are customized to help customer’s achieve their learning and development goals. Example of services include: custom curation against competency frameworks, learning campaigns or upskilling programs, creating learning programs based on roles, and informing overall learning and development strategies. Key deliverables will vary depending on customer needs.
Project deliverables will be determined and defined as part of the original project scope. Project changes may result in additional fees.
Blinkist Enterprise is a platform for bite-sized mobile reading and listening on the internet portals https://www.blinkist.com, https://www.blinkist.de and other websites, as well as on mobile applications.
Facilitated by qualified coaches, Blinkist Coaching contains a pathway of online coaching sessions, including an initial kickoff session and a sequence of several coaching sessions with accompanying curated content from the Blinkist platform for self-directed learning.
Depending on Customer specific configurations, some features and functionality listed above may not be available.

Any additional post-sales implementation support beyond the specified hours will be subject to charges at Go1's standard hourly rates.
